Sponsor the Run for the Hs: Investing in the Future of Shawnee County Youth

The Run for the Hs is a youth-led 5K race with a mission to create more opportunities for Shawnee County 4-H members to participate in regional, state, and national events. These experiences help young people build leadership skills, broaden their perspectives, and develop the confidence needed to succeed in their communities and beyond.

This event is more than a fundraiser—it is an opportunity to showcase the impact of 4-H while supporting the goals of the Shawnee County Fair. By attracting runners and families from across the Topeka area, the race will introduce new audiences to 4-H, increase fair attendance, promote the pancake feed, and generate additional support for the Shawnee County Events Council and the Shawnee County 4-H Foundation.

As a sponsor, your business will be recognized as a community partner committed to youth development, education, and local engagement. Our goal is to raise approximately $2,000 to cover event expenses, with all remaining proceeds benefiting the Shawnee County 4-H Foundation to fund scholarships, youth programming, and educational opportunities.

Every sponsorship directly supports the success of the Run for the Hs and helps provide valuable educational and leadership opportunities for Shawnee County youth.
